Don Stevens

President and CEO

Don Stevens, who has been in the financial services industry for over 18 years and has over 22 years of experience in the transportation industry at the corporate and equipment distributor levels, serves as MSG’s President and Chief Executive Officer and heads up MSG’s Transit Services Department. Mr. Stevens pioneered alternative transit financing in 1986 by crafting a financial structure that integrated public and private funding for Denver’s RTD 320 bus acquisition.

Mark Stevens

Mark Stevens

Mr. Stevens has been involved with MSG from its inception in 1988. He has worked in several areas of the business including lease origination, marketing, business development and information technology. Prior to joining the firm he consulted with firms such as Lehman Brothers (formerly Sherson Lehman Hutton), The Boston Company, and Eastman Kodak’s Interactive System Division. Additionally, he coordinated client marketing and IT management for the Los Angeles office of the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC). Currently, he heads MSG’s Business Development securing National Vendor Accounts and overseeing IT initatives in Customer Relationship Management and Web Services applications. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Neville McGilchrist

Neville McGilchrist

VP, Corporate Counsel

Before joining Municipal Services Group, as its Corporate Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Neville McGilchrist provided consulting services to the firm and practiced law in California. He first became involved with the transportation industry over 20 years ago representing a Los Angeles bus company. Neville, a Pepperdine University Law School graduate, works with Don Stevens, in the firm’s Transit Services Department out of the Denver office. Neville’s transit experience includes transit projects that total $100+ million; he writes for and is a regular speaker for regional and national transit associations.

Mike Hill

Mike Hill

Regional Manager, Origination Western US

Mike Hill is the West Coast Regional Manager for MSG. He originates tax-exempt transactions throughout the Western US. His role involves all types of essential use real and personal property utilizing tax-exempt installment purchasing financing structures for end-user acquisition and financing.

Prior to joining Municipal Services Group in 1998, Mr. Hill spent 16 years in the Commercial Equipment Leasing Markets representing ITT Commercial Finance, Comdisco, Capital Associates, and Tokai Bank by providing value-added financial solutions for capital acquisitions to customers directly and through vendor financing programs.

Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from University of Arizona.

Kim Fordham

Kim Fordham

Regional Manager, Origination Eastern US

Kim Fordham is the Eastern and Central Regional Manager for MSG. He originates tax-exempt transactions throughout the Eastern and Central United States. Kim has been with MSG since 2005 providing both vendors and municipal clients with capital for all essential equipment and projects utilizing tax-exempt installment purchasing financing structures.

Harold Greenberg

Harold Greenberg

Senior Credit Analyst

Mr. Greenberg has worked in accounting, finance and management for over 45 years. Prior to joining MSG he served as Controller for the State of Colorado Department of Revenue for 28 of his 32 year tenure. Harold’s experience enabled his significant contribution to refining MSG’s Ultimate Recovery Rating©. In his capacity he is responsible for underwriting analysis, culminating in MSG providing its industry renowned rating methodology — a prerequisite to MSG’s private placement portfolio allocation confirmations.

Harold holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a founding member and former President of Colorado Fiscal Managers Association and is an active member of the Governmental Issues Committee of the Colorado Society of CPAs.

Mark Rauch

Mark Rauch

Controller

Mr. Rauch has an extensive background in developing and implementing business management systems in positions as Chief Financial Officer for Sutton Western Corporation and V.P. of Finance and Operations for SCS Building Group. He managed accounting functions for multi-location, multi-entity real estate development companies, performed project feasibility analysis, sensitivity analysis, and developed project structures to determine the best financial structure yielding the highest returns for investors.

Mark’s background includes analyzing, negotiating and closing private equity, mezzanine, and primary debt investments for residential community developments. Additional experience and expertise includes accounting and financial reporting systems management as well as accuracy improvement. He has identified new revenue sources and implemented business systems at all organizational levels. Mark has negotiated joint venture agreements and buy/sell agreements to improve profitability.
